ECRI welcomes Jacobs Engineering and Subsea 7 as new Sponsors

We are pleased to announce that Jacobs Engineering is joining us at ECRI. Established in 1947 by Joseph Jacobs and with headquarters in Pasadena, USA, Jacobs is one of the world's largest and diverse providers of engineering & construction services. We are also pleased to announce that Subsea 7 S.A. is joining us at ECRI. It was created as a result of a combination ( merger ) between Acergy S.A. and Subsea 7 Inc. The new entity took the Subsea 7 S.A. name with operational headquarters in London.

Today, Subsea 7 is a leading seabed to surface project management, engineering, construction and services Contractor to the offshore energy industry, world-wide. It is listed and traded on the Oslo Stock Exchange, Norway.

In 2012, the Company had a Group turnover of $ 6.3 billion and entered 2013 with a record backlog of $ 9.1 billion.

Subsea 7's business operates globally and is structured around four geographical regions namely (i) Africa,Gulf of Mexico and Mediterranean, (ii) Asia Pacific & Middle East, (iii) Brazil and (iv) North Sea and Canada. It also includes several joint venture businesses in these regions and has a versatile fleet of more than 40 vessels for pipelay, construction,remote intervention, diving support and has an offshore heavy lifting capability.
